Building Regulation Drawings

We understand not all projects will require building regulation drawings. This is why we have this as an optional extra for projects that require it.
Local authority application and inspection fees still payable by yourself
Prices do not include structural engineer calculations, and will be offered at an additional cost if required.

What's Included?
A full set of scaled As Existing Floor Plans, Roof Plans and Elevations.

A Full Set of scaled As Proposed Floor Plans, Roof Plans and Elevations.

Your site map and Existing and Proposed Site Block Plans.

All our services are digital, we can provide a printed service for an additional cost of £30 per project.

We will submit your Planning Application on your behalf and act as your Planning Agent (Local fees are payable by you to the authority)

When all of your necessary permissions and approvals are in place we will send you PDF files of your drawings and documentation
​
Payments are all due following initial consultation.
